Hi, I’m Nikita Farrow — a holistic healthcare practitioner with qualifications in Kinesiology, Hypnotherapy, and Life Coaching.

I’m also a proud mum of two amazing boys and a wife to a wonderful husband. I feel incredibly blessed to have the family I do. My journey into natural healing began early on, after spending years battling health issues as a child. With the best of intentions, my parents tried all the conventional fixes — eczema, asthma, headaches, PMS — we tried it all. But nothing ever really worked. The solutions offered by mainstream medicine often felt like temporary band-aids rather than lasting answers, and they usually came with pharmaceuticals I didn’t want to rely on forever.

Everything shifted for me in my late teens when I took a job as a receptionist at an acupuncture clinic. That experience sparked something. Then, after moving to the Sunshine Coast at 20, I met an incredible holistic health practitioner who introduced me to natural remedies and a completely new way of healing. Within six months, my lifelong symptoms were gone — no more puffers, no more steroid creams. I found my old inhaler years later in a drawer… and threw it out for good.

This journey continued when I became a mum at 24. Since then, my family has relied solely on natural and traditional medicines — no pharmaceutical drugs. Jaxson (now 14) and Koda (9) are strong and thriving. Aside from a few broken bones (because, well, boys!), we’ve never needed to visit a hospital. This path also deepened my desire to help others, which led me to become certified in Hypnotherapy, Life Coaching, Hypno-birthing, and Kinesiology. I was also trained in using a Radionics frequency healing machine — something I still use today as part of my healing practice.

Always learning, always curious — that’s what led me to Tallow. Like many of the remedies I’ve discovered, I originally created it just for myself and my family. I infused it with healing frequencies using my Radionics machine to enhance its natural benefits. I first used it on some old scars, hoping for smoother skin — and before long, my hair and nails were growing faster, stronger, and thicker than they had in years. It was the one thing I hadn't been able to completely heal after my second pregnancy and four years of breastfeeding. My boys now use it before heading into the sun — they tan more evenly and don’t need sunscreen nearly as often. My husband noticed his skin looked more youthful and even-toned. That’s when I started sharing it with friends and clients, and the feedback blew me away. One client told me her colleague asked if she’d started getting Botox — it was just the Tallow!

That was the sign I needed to bring this product to more people.
